Generally your blinds will be manufactured and dispatched within 10 working days. If we discover that there may be a delay with delivering in this time frame we will advise you by email of the delay and the reasons for it, and the new ETA
Freight is included "orders over $1000" in the costs for deliveries to major regional and capital cities of Vic,S.A,Tas,and NSW. Freight to other states and remote areas and orders under $1000 will be on the best buy option of the day, and advised after the order is packed and weighed. you will be able assit with advice here.
Your blinds will be delivered for collection to the nearest "FREIGHT DEPOT" which are located in most regional towns. On some occasions the cost is the similar for door to door delivery, we will use that option when available.
In remote areas, you may decide to have them on forwarded to your home , this will be at your cost. You are required to sign for your goods, to protect yourself and us.

Blinds for Builders offers a five year warranty, to the original purchaser against defects in either materials or workmanship on a return to store basis, The warranty does not cover against misuse, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear or exposure to the elements. any holes or marks in the Blinds must be advised within 5 working day from receipt as they will not appear over time and could only have occcured with fair wear and/or misuse. Metal chains are also considered as above.
Please order free colour samples before placing any orders. All computer monitors display colours differently and these can vary considerably. Order all blinds for the same room together to ensure that the same batch is used. Dye lot variation can appear between finished blinds and colour samples. The variances are minimal, but they can occur, and is considered normal in this industry.
All our blind products are manufactured and supplied with fittings to conform with the Federal Government Child Safety Regulations.

All Blinds are covered by our Insurance at no charge to you. However you must mark the delivery docket that the package is damaged on collection, and if possible send us a supporting photo prior to opening the package, when advising damage. after that open and inspect your blinds ( it may only have package damage or only one of several blinds damaged) we will replace the damaged item asap on our receipt of your claim which must be made within 24 hours of signing for the package. Blinds For Builders will not be held responsible for any claims received after this time. You will be responsible to repackage and arrange for the damaged item be returned to us at our cost.
